It’s the end of the year and we are all exhausted.


It’s hot, its, the festive season and you’re a bit over it.


It’s a good time to slow down and take it easy right?


Wrong!


Don’t take your foot off the pedal in December or January.


Here’s why.


December and January are the BEST times of the year to do deals. I have seen this time and time again.


Any commercial property enquiries during this time are QUALTITY ENQUIRIES.


People don’t call agents about property in December or January unless they are dead serious about doing a deal.


Here are some reasons why this occurs.


· Their businesses may have slowed down for the Christmas period


· Their staff maybe on holiday so it’s a good time to bring you through their property.


· They have been so busy all year – they have not had time to do anything about their commercial property needs until now.


· They are not calling you unless they must. There are plenty of other things to do in December and January than spend it with you.


So have a bit of a rethink before you hang up your Pierre Cardin for the year and put your feet up.


Keep going, sell hard and smash that glass ceiling.
