To me happiness is not measured by success – but more so the pleasure along the way. It is so important to relish the process. Benjamin Franklin said; “Happiness consists more in the small conveniences of pleasures that occur every day, than in great pieces of good fortune that happen but seldom to a man in the course of his life.” If you think happiness will only happen when you finally achieve a result – you will ultimately be disappointed. Achieving your goals will alway result in success but will rarely take you to the point of happiness. It’s really about stopping to smell the roses.
